Prior to joining The Evogi Group, Jeff served as SVP, CIO, and Board member of Erie Insurance, EVP, CAO, and Global Head of Strategy at Citigroup, Business and Technology Strategy Officer at State Farm Insurance Companies, Chairman of the Executive Committee for Security and Risk at the Financial Services Roundtable, BITS, acting CTO at CNA, and Major Account Executive and senior engineer at Hewlett-Packard. Jeff has a Doctor of Management from University of Phoenix, an MBA in Finance from IL State University, and a B.S.E.E.T. from DeVry University, and is a member of the IL State University School of Business Hall of Fame.

Bob Mathe 

VP & GM Insurance Solutions

 

Bob has a distinguished 35 year career in the insurance industry.  He was a rising star at Progressive Casualty Insurance from 1977 to 2000 where he became President of the Commercial Vehicle Division and later GM of Information Systems.  He then joined GMAC as CIO and managed call center operations for Personal Lines. He moved on to Zurich Insurance as chief motor insurance underwriter for North America and Director of Commercial Auto. Bob then became a Director with GMAC International Insurance working in Shanghai where he pioneered insurance product offerings into China. Bob’s operating strengths include market development; product development; IT application development, project management; budgeting and resource allocation. He holds a BS and an MBA from William and Mary

Terje Gloerstad 

Chief Technology Officer

 

Terje brings over 20 years of management experience in the High Tech industry working for diverse companies such as Rockwell, Conexant, Microlink, Broadcom, and Texas Instruments.  His team developed mobile phone solutions for leading companies such as Nokia, Erikson, Motorola, LG, Samsung, and HTC. Terje has a global relationship network with many telecom & tech companies in every functional area such as IC & module companies, test houses, manufacturing, Telecom, and handset ODM/OEMs. Terje earned his MSEE at ASU (USA) and a MBA from the Business Institute (Denmark); Executive Education:  London Business School (UK) & INSEAD (France)

Bob Neeser 

VP Marketing & Sales

 

Prior to joining Evogi, Bob was President of Scottsdale, AZ based TopLine Strategies, Inc. where he was responsible for leading revenue growth and key account management.  Prior to TopLine Strategies, Bob was VP of North American Sales for UK-based Sage Group, a leading global publisher of CRM applications software such as SalesLogic, ACT! and Sage CRM.  During his nearly seven years with Sage, the CRM division was one of the best performing components of its $2.3 billion annual revenue.

In addition to Sage Software, Neeser has filled senior management roles at a number of companies including two Inc.100 start-ups. Through his leadership and guidance, both were acquired by Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, he was an instrumental part of a leadership team that grew a systems integration firm from start-up to more than 1,200 employees with revenues in excess of $250 million and eventual acquisition.

Thomas E. Weisbruch 

VP Sales Insurance Solutions

 

Tom has over 25 years of demonstrated success producing insurance coverage and delivering risk-management solutions within the property and casualty insurance industry.  He began his insurance career as a leading Producer at Liberty Mutual Insurance. He then spent many years as the National Accounts Executive building the commercial transportation business base at Progressive Insurance. Tom was a very productive Director of Marketing at GMAC Insurance, where he managed and expanded the GM Employees, Retirees, and “Family First” book-of-business. His ROI and profitability exceeded all other divisions at GMAC Insurance. Tom has also Produced risk-management programs for RLI Insurance and Cambridge Integrated Services. He earned a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from The University of Tulsa and has been a Certified Insurance Counselor, C.I.C., since 2001.

Steven has 25 years + experience in software, technology, and enterprise system deployments.  He is a strategic relationship builder with a proven ability to structure deals that drive value for all stakeholders.  Steven founded NDR, Inc. where his visionary leadership created the number one provider of integrated software solutions to middle market hospitals and healthcare providers.  In 1999, Steven served as a business development executive with American HealthNet (AHN).  In 2006, Steven became President & CEO of AHN; and over the next three years completed a company turnaround and successfully sold the business.  Steven earned his M.S. and B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Ray has over fifteen years of experience in the software and technology industries with a concentration in delivering professional services implementations to enterprise clients around the world.  Ray joins The Evogi Group from Oracle USA - North American Consulting.  He has successfully managed pre-sales, professional services and consulting organizations at Oracle, GoldenGate Software, Information Builders and Quest Software.  Ray has established and maintained significant partnership relationships with services and delivery partners like CSC, Accenture and regional strategic partners.  Ray holds a JD from Santa Clara University as well a BA and MBA.

Troy Davis

Director Marketing

 

Troy brings over twenty years of leadership experience in marketing and retail merchandising. He is a highly accomplished marketing executive with a proven track record in strategic planning, new product launches, brand management, public relations, and marketing communications. Prior to joining The Evogi Group, Troy held the position of Sr. Marketing Manager for Sargento Foods Inc., where he led the company's efforts to establish a new business platform. In addition to Sargento, Troy has held executive level marketing positions of increasing responsibility with Macy’s, Inc. Kraft Foods, Wells' Diary, and ConAgra Foods. Troy holds an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie School of Management and a BA from Sam Houston State University.
