Rob Fishman

Rob Fishman has been a senior executive and Board member of both private and public companies including Progressive, Zurich Financial Services, and HCC. During his 25 years of insurance industry experience he has gained tremendous experience with underwriting, claims, operations, marketing, distribution management, IT operations and applictiton development.
During his 10 years at Zurich he started and led their professional liability, property, marine, and warranty businesses. As Chief Underwriting Officer he had responsibility for improving the loss ratio of over $12 billion of revenue. Rob was a member of Zurich’s Executive Committee, Risk and Control Committee, IT Committee, Finance Council, and worldwide Underwriting Committee. He was also key member of designing Zurich’s worldwide strategy. Rob holds a B.A. in Economics with honors from Hofstra University, and a J.D. from the University of Toledo, College of Law. He also received his C.P.C.U certification and was a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Mark Licht

Mark is a pioneer of the LBS and telematics industries with over 20 years experience in the formation, financing and operations of wireless services and technology companies. Mark co-founded and served as President of Teletrac (later AirTouch Teletrac), the world’s first wireless location ASP focusing on the delivery of fleet management, stolen vehicle recovery, and consumer location services. Over the past 15 years, Teletrac has emerged as the world’s largest land-based wireless location and fleet data service provider. Mark is an industry leading analyst and a Senior Advisor to C.J.Driscoll & Associates. He is a coveted industry insider and advises private equity groups on financial transactions.
Max Nerheim

Max has over 20 years experience designing, innovating and managing technology development and commercializing products at Intel, Motorola and TASER. He holds more than 46 issued domestic and international patents. He was the first electrical engineer at TASER and was personally responsible for redesigning the primary TASER product which resulted in a massive public company stock increase which was the single highest performing stock on the NASDAQ in 2004 with a market cap increase from $20M to $2B.
Barry Hobbs

Barry has successfully developed the strategy, operated, recruited the management team, and directed at the board level, high growth companies in the Internet, telecommunications and information technology space. He has 23 years experience in venture capital investment, strategic transactions and operations, including successful mergers with public entities. He ran west coast venture capital activities for GTE, served as a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young directing the company’s Los Angeles-based Center for Strategic Transactions and was E&Y’s Senior Partner responsible for its Venture Capital arm.
Rick Weber
Rick brings 39 years of general and financial management experience to Evogi having served in all C-suite positions in companies ranging in size from a $12 million venture funded start up to multi billion dollar companies. He brings depth of experience in managing rapid growth companies, banking relationships and capital funding. Rick has an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, a JD from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed attorney. He serves on several advisory boards as a mentor to entrepreneurs in the high tech and retail spaces.
